HOW WE SWEETEN THE DEAL
You enjoy a negotiable salary starting at $55,000/year, along with excellent benefits and perks. These include health insurance, reduced pet care benefits, continuing education, uniform allowance, vacation, sick pay, a 401(k), and profit sharing.
Your schedule is from 7:45 am to 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm every other Saturday. You have a flexible day off in the middle of the week.

AVERAGE DAY IN THIS ROLE
As our Front Office Manager – Receptionist, you are the face of our hospital, ensuring exceptional client care and a smooth office experience. You oversee client interactions, manage accounts receivables, maintain schedule flow, and send appointment reminders. To help strengthen our front office team, you provide leadership and training as well as assist with hiring new staff. Your contributions ensure every day is smooth and seamless!
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- 4+ years of experience in a medical office
- Some leadership experience
- Some business credits
- A positive attitude and a team spirit

AVERAGE DAY
This position works from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday. You are on call Sundays for occasional boarding and shelter emergencies.
As our Veterinarian, you showcase your expertise in dentistry as well as perform routine spays, neuters, and soft tissue surgeries. You also provide occasional urgent care. As you meet with patients, you educate them and offer tips for routine prevention. Every day is filled with rewarding interactions, successful treatments, and the chance to build strong relationships with your furry patients and their devoted owners.
